(b) Vehicle-related data (truck angels)

- Vehicle identification number (VIN)

- Booking confirmations
- Invoices
- Communication history with booking platforms

(d) General contract and claims data

- Correspondence with manufacturers, booking platforms, insurance companies

The above-mentioned data is processed for the following purposes:

1. examination and enforcement of claims for damages towards manufacturers, booking platforms or other parties.

2. preparation and initiation of legal steps,
including the commissioning of law firms and experts.

4. financing of legal costs
and settlement of profit-sharing payments.

5. fulfilment of legal obligations,
in particular retention periods under tax and commercial law.

The processing of your data takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 GDPRin particular:

 - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the enforcement of claims),
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligations).

Your data will always be not passed on to third partiesunless this is necessary to enforce your claims. In this case, data may be forwarded to:

With all external partners we have Order processing contracts (AVV) concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.


6. storage period of the data

We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to process your claim or for as long as statutory retention periods apply.

- Business documents: 10 years (according to HGB & AO)
- Correspondence & contract documents: 6 years (in accordance with § 257 HGB)
- Accounting documents & invoices: 10 years (according to § 147 AO)

After the retention period has expired, the data will be deleted.
